How to add it to Gmail

  1. Fill in your details above, then click Copy signature.
  2. Open Gmail. Click the gear icon (top right) → See all settings.
  3. On the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section.
  4. Click + Create new, give it a name (e.g. WBWR), and click Create.
  5. Click inside the signature edit box, then paste with Cmd + V (Mac) or Ctrl + V (Windows). Your formatted signature appears — including the logo.
  6. Under Signature defaults, set your new signature for FOR NEW EMAILS and ON REPLY/FORWARD.
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
